2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Clinician Data: Name, professional registration number, clinic details, and contact information.
• Patient Data: Demographics, clinical notes, vitals, and medical history entered by the doctor or captured via AI.
• Audio Data: Temporary audio captures for AI Smart Scribe transcription (processed and deleted after conversion to text).

3. Data Usage & Security

We strictly do not sell, rent, or share patient health records, demographics, or any personal information to any third parties or advertisers. Your data is secured with enterprise-grade protection provided by Supabase, encrypted both in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Data is used solely for the internal purposes of generating clinical documentation and managing your hospital operations. The only exception to this policy is the strict, anonymized analysis of symptom data alongside demographics to predict and track future public health epidemics.
